はい、以前
Chapter.0 その他 - 2年生の終わりまでに出来る様になりたいMotion20選
というのを書いたのですが、思ったよりみんなが使ってくれているみたいでよかったです。しかしいろいろ質問を受けたり、もっかい考えているうちに
「どう考えても難しいな。。。」
ってことに気づいてしまったので、もうちょいレベルが適したものを作ろうと思いました。というわけで、あっちはあっちでむずい方というタイトルで残して、こっちは普通の難易度で作ろうと思います。このモーションは難易度もそんなに高くない！って思ったやつは半分くらい残してます。
以下の文章は基本一緒ですが、一個だけ追記をすると
「2,3年生で春ティーに出たときに、春ティーでモーションが分からん！」ってならんように、選んでるつもりです。基本的なモーションだけど、ちゃんとわかってないとまずいやつ。
また、必ずしも（自分の観点からみて）フェアじゃないかも。。。ってやつも入っています。ただ考え方としては知らにゃいけんので、ぜひやってみてください。
はい、なんか参考書みたいなタイトルですが、今回は各モーションの中身でなく、
2年生の終わりまでにこれらのモーションが出来るかどうかで、基礎が出来ているかの確認になるモーションをリスト化してみました。

(1)Motionをそもそも選別した理由
みなさん練習でいろんなモーションをやると思うんです。
で、先輩などがモーションを選んでやってもらうのは良いことですし、以下にあげる以外にもやったら良い練習になるモーションはたくさんあります。でもその中で「結局どれをやるのが練習になるの？」ってのに悩んだことはあると思います。
なので「これらは絶対1回以上やると、ためになる。逆に見て分からんってなるとまずい」って奴を独断と偏見で選んでみました。
これを読んでいるみなさんは、当然大会で勝てるものなら勝ちたい人々だと思います。
それを踏まえると、大会でモーションが出てから「え、このモーション何言うん・・・？」ってのに10分を使うのは勿体無いし、そもそもラウンドが始まるまで後5分しかないし、勝率は下がりますよね。
前にも書いたことはありますが、多くのモーションには持っていれば役に立つ知識だったり、頻出する考え方みたいなのがあります。それらを押さえておけばargumentを間違えることもないし、正しいargumentをいかにsubstantiateするかに時間を割けるでしょう。
(2)Motionを選んだ基準、これを読んだ人へのアプローチ
Motionは上記の発想をもとに、いろんなジャンルから選んでます。
かつ、俺が学部生の頃のイメージが入りますが「低学年から良く練習で使われているであろう」モーションは外してます。ここに書かんくてもやっているでしょうし。ただ、それを踏まえてもやって欲しい奴は入れてたりします。
１つの使い方として、大会前のCheckに使ってもらえればなと思います。
JPDU大会やオープン大会の前で、「これらの基礎が出来ているか？分からないモーションはないか？」って確認できるので、便利なアイテムかと。
で、これを読んだ人にどうなって欲しいかと言うと
2年生の終わりまでには
(1)各モーションを最低1回、できれば2回以上練習でやった（プレパ練でも可）。
(2)Gov/Opp両方で、大体どういうことを言うのか、どういうケースかが分かる。
って状態になっていて欲しいです。
分からなければ、練習で一回やってみて欲しいですし、あるいは単純に先輩に聞きましょう。argumentなんてパクってなんぼです。
また、各モーションに必要に応じて知っておいて欲しいkeywordを書いてます。
keyword, phraseの意味が分からない＝モーションが分かってないと同義って場合も多いので、調べてみてね！
また、key wordの中には固有名詞ではないけれど、なんで出てくるか分からない＝モーションが分かってないってやつも入ってます。
理由が分からない奴がある場合は「どういうargumentに関係あるんだ？」ってのを考えてみてください。
以下で分からんモーションがある人は、HKDOや冬ティーまでに「とりあえず全部やってみる」と、良い練習になるかと。

まぁあとこのモーションで考えるのは、「市民権を得る選択をせずに移民として存在しているのに、政治的権利を得ることはフェアなの？てゆーか自国で投票権持ってるよね？」「なんでlargeじゃないとあげないの？人数が少ないとあげないの？」「representationをあげるっていうのに、彼らに投票権をあげるわけではないの？人数がいっぱいいるのに議席数は固定なの？」とかですかね。

このモーションで(特にOppが)考えないといけないのは、移民に対してどういうスタンスをとるのか？ですね。一切受け入れないのか、ちょっとは受け入れるのか。あるいはちょっと受け入れるとしたらどういう移民を受け入れるのか？民族的に近いとされている東アジアからだけ受け入れてイスラムは排除するのか、あるいは多くの国がやるように高度な学歴や能力を持った人を優先的にとるのか。そこはちゃんとプレパで決めという方がよいでしょう。

おそらくこのMotionのもとは、2008年に出版された「孤独なボウリング―米国コミュニティの崩壊と再生」という本でしょう。
より個人が独立し、コミュニティという選べないもの（生まれた場所の家族や近所付き合い、町内会など）から独立を果たし、自由を得る過程で、人が孤独になり、お互いと疎遠になっていたという本です。
自由主義者のdebaterからすると「個人の自由は素晴らしいものだ。同意しない町内会の神輿を担ぐイベントなんて参加したくないし、会費を取られるのも意味が分からない。個人の自由は謳歌すべきものだし、友達が欲しいなら自分でコミュニティを選ぶべきだ。それができるもの自由があってこそだ。」と思うと思います。
しかし、人づきあいが苦手な人はどうですか？自分では最初人の輪に入るのが苦手で、ずっと入れない人はどうですか？世の中には孤独の中助けを求めるのが下手な人もいて、家庭内の問題が解決できずに自殺したり、不幸になる人もいます。もちろん彼らにも家で一人でtwitterをしながらnetflixを見ることはできます。しかし、もともと存在するコミュニティというのは選択の余地が薄い代わりに、半ば強制的に友達/喋って笑えあえる人々を提供してくれる場でもあったのです。もちろん気に食わない人もいるでしょうが。。。
なんて話が出てくるモーションかなと。世の中には個人でいる人/自分でなんでも決めたい人からそこまで強くない人まで色々いる中で、どっちの世界が望ましいかを競うモーションと思ってます。

このモーションで考えてほしいのは、「命令で銃を買ってきた。自分では打ってない」「ボスが犯罪をするよう仕向けた。自分では殺していない」というケースは教唆犯や幇助犯で罰されることがS.Q.でもありうるということです。
Govのburdenは「毎日雑巾がけだけしてる下っ端」「料理だけしてる調理人」という、普通に考えれば合法なことしかしてない人ですらなぜcriminalizeされなきゃいけないのか、でしょう。
OppはとりあえずGovがburdenをはたしてなさそうだったら「why do you have to criminalize the chef?」とか聞けばいいかと。
またこれはillustの一つに使えるかなくらいですが、日本の暴力団の衰退を描いた記事です。このモーションでたまにOppが言っていたのが「ほっといたらただの規律のない半ぐれになっていた若者を、暴力団に入ることで最低限の礼儀や規律は教わる。犯罪に手を染めたら法律上逮捕せにゃいけんけど、誰もなんも教えてくれん半ぐれで逮捕されるよりはマシ」ってargumentです。
ようはA.P.で暴力団をつぶしたとしても彼らが犯罪をやめるわけじゃない。よりidentify
しづらくなるし、どうせ犯罪はやるからcounter productive的な話ですね。
ただ以下の暴力団の衰退を見る限り、これは難しいだろうなぁと今更思います。
